Reduce snoring, prevent cavities and improve sleep quality all for less than $10 a year.
No, you didn’t just stumble into an infomercial.
I’m about to show you how a $3 roll of surgical tape will change your life.
The Problem
I’ve struggled with Xerostemia, or dry mouth, since I was young.
The reason is simple — I mouth breathe during sleep, thanks to allergies that have clogged my nose since I was two.
This causes a whole host of health issues, including:
- An increase in cavities
- Bad breath
- Cracked lips
- Mouth sores
Note: dry mouth can also be caused by more serious issues like diabetes, medicinal side effects and nerve damage. But in this article I’m only going to focus on how to fix mouth breathing-induced dry mouth.
For me, the biggest detriment is the cavities. It seemed like no matter how healthy I ate or how often I brushed my teeth, I was always leaving the dentist with new fillings.
Fed up with the circumstances, I started searching for a solution.
