Sure, but I believe you’re adopting this position because you personally don’t see the value in swimsuits. You probably don’t wear them (to be fair, neither do I). However, thousands of girls do and received happiness/benefit from this. Also, money was not extracted, it was willingly given as a free-will decision.
Replace swimsuits with an item or product you enjoy or are passionate about. If someone was able to get that to you for significantly cheaper than you’d pay in stores, you’d be happy right?
Beyond that, what these guys did is worth studying because of the way they played the game of business. The modern world is run on business, which means it’s always worthwhile to see how we can improve the way we think about it.
