Asian American here. I understand the desire to feel "represented" but I've personally never felt it myself. I loved being able to create my own identity growing up in an all-white neighborhood. I'd never want someone to look at me and think of an Asian actor.

Glad to find another Asian who isn't pounding their fist for "representation" at every junction.
